How is the tea?

Ah, it's really good! I haven't had tea ever since I was stuck in my apartment...

My hobby is collecting and making different blends of tea. Most of my collection is stuck at home, of course, but if you're ever in the mood for any I'd be happy to provide.

Of course! I think it'd actually be fun to have a kind of teatime routine going on.

It would, wouldn't it? Missing a lot of the routine from my home, so having something familiar to fall back on would be nice.

She hadn't even been aware that she had been letting them off, so to hear Cherryblod bring them up - and to call them cute, no less - it's a little embarrassing. ...Actually, no, it's super embarrassing, given that it's Komaru. ]

I'm finding it easier to think of them as an extension of myself, rather than something that just happens completely outside of my control. But that's just what works for me.

I'm still getting used to the whole "emotions affect our environment" thing...

[ First, a magical megaphone hacking gun, now this; as if her life could get any stranger. ]

Don't think I've gotten the hang of it completely yet. But we'll both learn as we go, and eventually we'll have a handle on it as much as the natives do.

[ It only takes a matter of seconds after that sentence for Komaru's excitement to start up. ]

I mean, I don't really know if I could do it myself, but I've seen someone who's an expert at using their emotions, [ Komaeda. ] and it was really cool to see the various effects! I'd love to be able to do things like that someday.

They've probably been here much longer than we have. I'm sure in time you could master the skill equally as well.

[And that would be equally a sight.]

[ The whole thought that she could achieve that level of greatness someday is encouraging. There's a lot of things that she doesn't think she's capable of - why, she never thought she was capable of surviving the situation she was in - but this is different. This doesn't rely on talent or innate skills or anything like that; it relies on practice, and if practicing means that she can one day accomplish that goal, then she'll practice as much as she can. ]
